burn out

Too much pressure. Too little air.
In a three-part visual story, BURN OUT explores the experience of burnout through fashion — when personal limits are pushed too far, and style becomes both a mask and a message. This editorial, created in collaboration with a young designer crafting looks for modeling agencies, reimagines corporate fashion through the lens of emotional fatigue.
The series transforms classic office aesthetics into something fragile, messy, human. Each look reflects a stage of the burnout cycle:
– Controlled chaos.
– Emotional breakdown.
– Quiet recovery.
What begins with structure and pressure gradually unravels into softness and freedom. In the final phase, oversized streetwear replaces stiffness — symbolizing a return to comfort, breath, and balance.
For me, this project was not just about styling.
It was about capturing the moment when you stop performing, and start feeling again.
BURN OUT is not about weakness — it’s about the beauty of breaking patterns.
